Cell inflammation is an underlying contributor to many chronic health issues we deal with today.  God gave us an incredible way to heal and deal with abnormal cells–super foods!  Super foods are nutritious foods that go WAY beyond just their basic nutritional value to keep us healthy.  Here are some examples:

1. Ginger–> Ginger contains specific oils that are powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and  anti-parasitic agents.  It also has cancer-fighting potency, aids in the digestion process by aiding in the production of bile, an anti-inflammatory, a natural pain-reliever.

2. Parlsey–>Parsley is one of the most popular herbs and is a powerful antioxidant.  It contains a powerful punch of chlorophyll which is an energy-boosting substance that makes plants green, helps keep the system pH more alkaline (for those of you that did the last challenge), purifies the blood, and helps form new blood cells.
