My name is Anna. I’m an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer for adults with developmental and physical disabilities.  I have been training clients with special needs for nearly 5 years now.   My passion is helping my clients improve the quality of their life through better health.  I want to help them experience the freedoms one can experience through better mobility, strength, flexibility, mood, sleep patterns, energy, and confidence.

I spend the rest of my time at home taking care of my 3 children, 1 with Down Syndrome.  So I choose to do these 21-day challenges as a way to educate people and inspire them to a better life, from the comforts of my own home.  It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so are you up for the challenge?
